1 Service Description and Access
stellanovaeon provides educational resources and tools designed to help Australian residents better understand and manage their personal finances. Our platform offers courses, budgeting tools, and financial literacy content. We're not a financial advisory service, and nothing on our platform should be taken as personalized financial advice.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. When you register, you're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility, so let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Access to certain premium features may require a paid subscription. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our service with reasonable notice to active users.
2 User Responsibilities
You agree to use our platform in a way that's lawful and respectful of others. Here's what we expect:

4 Intellectual Property Rights
Everything on our platform—including courses, articles, budgeting tools, graphics, and software—is owned by stellanovaeon or our content partners. When you access our materials, you receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use them for personal educational purposes.
This means you can:
- Access and view content through your personal account
- Download materials explicitly marked as downloadable for offline study
- Print reasonable portions for personal reference
You can't:
- Reproduce or redistribute our content commercially
- Remove copyright notices or branding from materials
- Create derivative works based on our proprietary content
- Share your account access or course materials with others
- Use automated systems to extract or collect our content
5 Payment and Subscription Terms
Some parts of our platform require payment. When you purchase a subscription or course, you're entering into a separate agreement for those specific services.
Billing and Renewals
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel beforehand. We'll charge the payment method on file using the then-current pricing. If payment fails, we may suspend your access until the issue is resolved.
Refund Policy
You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you've accessed less than 20% of the course content. After that period, or if you've substantially engaged with the material, refunds are at our discretion. This doesn't affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Price Changes
We may adjust pricing with at least 30 days' notice for existing subscribers. New prices take effect on your next renewal date. If you don't accept a price increase, you can cancel before the renewal.
6 Privacy and Data Protection
We take your privacy seriously and handle your personal information according to our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Principles. When you use our platform, we collect and process data necessary to provide our services.
For budgeting tools, any financial data you enter remains yours. We don't sell this information to third parties. We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our services and create educational content, but individual user data stays confidential.

7 Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian law, stellanovaeon provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We work to keep our platform running smoothly, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
We're not liable for:
- Financial decisions you make based on information from our platform
- Indirect or consequential damages arising from service use
- Loss of data due to technical issues or user error
- Third-party content or external links we may reference
- Service interruptions due to maintenance or circumstances beyond our control
Where liability can't be excluded under Australian Consumer Law, it's limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in the 12 months before the issue occurred, or to resupplying the service, at our option.
8 Termination and Account Closure
You can close your account anytime through your account settings. Upon closure, you'll lose access to purchased content, though this doesn't entitle you to a refund outside our standard refund window.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse our platform. We'll typically provide notice unless immediate termination is necessary to protect our service or other users.
After termination, your license to use our content ends immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
9 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use periodically to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make significant changes, we'll notify active users via email or through a prominent notice on the platform.
Continued use of our services after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms. If you don't agree with the changes, you should stop using the platform and close your account.
The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document shows when the current version became effective.
10 Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Western Australia.
Before initiating legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us to resolve issues informally. Many concerns can be addressed through direct communication.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law or other mandatory consumer protections.
